1. What is the changeover day for the rental?
The changeover day for our is Saturday. Different check in/check out days are possible as there is a key safe for the keys, but unfortunately a shorter than 7 days stay will not be discounted
2. Are dogs allowed at the rental property? Yes, we are delighted to welcome well behaved dogs! Our properties are dog-friendly. We ask their owners to follow some rules and there is a £30 flat charge for the stay. For space reason we allow a ax of two dogs in Bluejenn.
3. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. These times help us prepare the property for your arrival and ensure it’s spotless for our next guests.
--Can we arrive early? We are in touch with our housekeepers and if they are able to finish earlier we can accommodate an earlier arrival, subject to an early check in fee
--Can we arrive late? You can arrive at any time after 4pm
4. Is there parking available? Yes, there is parking for one car available on the premises.
5. What amenities are included in the rental? In our properties you will find modern amenities including free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine with inncorporated dryer, a TV ewith DVD play We provide fresh linens and towels, a tea towel and oven cloth. If you prefer to bring your own linen and towels we offer a discount of £30 per bed.
6. Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, our properties are rented on a 7 days basis
7. How do I make a booking? You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired dates and following the booking instructions. As payment method we prefer bank transfers; if you prefer to pay by credit card, please let us know. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
8. What is the cancellation policy? Guests can cancel their reservation up to 6 weeks before the check-in date, cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival we will endeavour to relet the property and if successful we will refund the payment you made. We understand our conditions are strict as a small business a late cancellation means might impact us negatively
9. Are there any local attractions or activities nearby? The great outdoors is source of enjoyment, Nature is beautiful and diverse at your doorstep, including stunning beaches, the SW Coastal Path and ancient sites. Even though we recommend coming by car, many guests arrive by public transport as there is a bus connection from Penzance.We provide a welcome guide with our top recommendations for things to do and see in the area.
10. Are you nearby? Yes, we live in Treen and are available during your stay. As per interaction we follow our guests lead.
11. What is the maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy for our rental is 4 guests in Bleujenn and 2 in Gwennel barn. As the two cottages are nearby you can book them alongside if your party is 6; If your party is larger than 6 then please contact us as we have an additional room that sleeps 2.
